Die Offnung von Oerlikon regelt ausschliesslich flurgenossenschaftlich-flurrechtliche Belange: Weiderecht (1-5, 20), Wässerung (6), Turnus der Heuernte und damit zusammenhängende Regelung von Wegrechten (7-12) und übrige Wegrechte (13-20). Es wird zudem festgehalten, dass innerhalb des Bannkreises von Oerlikon nur die von Oerlikon nutzungsberechtigt sind (21-22). Die drei Höfe in Oerlikon haben je neun Schupposen, von jeder Schuppose dürfen gemäss Beschluss der Bauernschaft vier Stück Vieh (insgesamt 36) auf die gemeine Weide getrieben werden (23). Besondere Bestimmungen gelten für Kamblis Gut (24). Ein erster Nachtrag hält die Bussenordnung für das Gemeindeholz fest (25), ein zweiter Nachtrag regelt die obrigkeitliche Bussgewalt für die im äusseren Bereich des Hofes liegenden Wiesen (26).
